• Domestic Shipping (India): Enjoy free shipping on all domestic orders of ₹999 and above. For orders below ₹999, shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
• International Shipping: Shipping charges are calculated based on the package weight, dimensions, and destination. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International Customs Charges: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping fees paid at checkout and must be borne by the customer.

• International Orders: International deliveries generally take 15 to 20 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Delivery & Carrier Responsibility

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery according to its delivery policy. If multiple delivery attempts fail and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange the next steps. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment, where applicable.
