Note: While we make every effort to accurately represent product colors on Charkhi.in, variations in screen displays may result in slight differences. We cannot guarantee exact color matching due to monitor differences.

Packaging Requirements

All returned items must be in unused condition and securely packaged in their original wrapping to ensure safe transit.

To process a return due to damage, please provide the following:

1. A clear video showing the unboxing process and highlighting the damages.
2. 1–2 clear images of the damaged product from different angles.

These steps help us verify the issue and ensure a smooth return or exchange process.

The colour of the product may vary slightly from how it appears here. This may be due to different display settings on various devices and also because of any lighting filters or special effects used during the shoot.

Please note, these styles are non-returnable. Each piece is crafted by hand and might carry variations in color, embroidery and weave as a mark of the maker's humanity.
